I am an Adlerian Counsellor & Psychotherapist, qualified Teacher and qualified Psychologist. I have been doing this line of work since 2010.

I started as a volunteer with CRUSE Bereavement Care, I felt that my own story and life journey could help others survive their own bereavement. Through time I realised that volunteering was not enough, that counselling and psychotherapy was something that I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Through my training and experiences I am now able to understand, support and enable change. Providing a therapeutic service to deal with numerous challenging life experiences.
